It is recommended to avoid using these, especially Apple Mail, @icloud (and @hotmail.com/es). If you encounter this issue, please resubscribe and carefully verify the email address, as typographical errors are common.
  • If the problem continues, add my contact information to your email manager’s address book: Name: Juan – wnsafaris.com, Email: [email protected], and wait a few minutes.
  • If you have used a corporate email address, such as [email protected], the problem may be on your end. The best solution is to subscribe using your personal email address. You can also try to have your company’s IT department properly configure the mail server, although they may not respond to the request.
  • If none of these solutions work, please be patient. Typically, the email arrives within a few minutes, but during times of high traffic, it could take up to a couple of hours.
